Promotional Offer – Terms and Conditions
1. Minimum Participation Requirement
This promotional offer is applicable only when a minimum of three (3) participants are registered for the same course and schedule at Pideya Learning Academy.
2. Eligibility
The promotional offer is valid only for new registrations and cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or special rates provided by Pideya Learning Academy.
Only organizations or individuals meeting the minimum participant requirement at the time of registration are eligible for this offer.
3. Withdrawal After Availing the Offer
If a participant withdraws their registration after availing of the promotional offer, the discounted Fees will no longer be valid for the remaining participant(s). The remaining participant(s) will be required to pay the full original course Fees.
4. Non-Transferability
The promotional offer and discounted Fees are non-transferable and cannot be applied to other courses, schedules, or participants outside the original registration terms.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of registration to secure the discounted Fees under this promotional offer.
6. Promotional Period
The promotional offer is valid only during the specified promotional period. Registrations made after the deadline will not be eligible for the discounted Fees.
7. Course Cancellation by Pideya Learning Academy
In the event of a course cancellation by Pideya Learning Academy, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the course.
8. Rescheduling and Changes
Any change in course schedule by Pideya Learning Academy may affect the availability of the promotional offer.
If participants request to reschedule to a different course date, the promotional offer will no longer apply, and standard course Fees will be charged.
9. Substitutions
Participant substitutions are permitted before the course start date, provided the substitute meets the eligibility criteria set by Pideya Learning Academy.
If substitutions reduce the total number of eligible participants below the minimum requirement of three (3), the discounted Fees will no longer apply, and standard course Fees will be charged.
10. Right to Modify or Cancel
Pideya Learning Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotional offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.
11. Compliance with Academy Policies
All participants availing of the promotional offer are subject to the general terms, conditions, and policies of Pideya Learning Academy, including but not limited to attendance and conduct requirements.
12. Final Decision
In case of any disputes arising from this promotional offer, the decision of Pideya Learning Academy will be final and binding.
13. Governing Law
These promotional offer terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and relevant federal laws of the UAE, with disputes subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
